Due to the ongoing COVID 19 crisis shipping times are being impacted and orders may take longer than usual. At Lola & Fluff we continue to work diligently to try to get your packages to you as soon as possible.
Due to the current shipping restrictions we are unable to ship to Russia and Belarus.
SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
We offer Free shipping to the United States (Except. Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). International shipping is available and is determined at the time of checkout by the chosen shipping provider and the shipping location.
TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTY FEES
We do not cover taxes or duties expenses for international shipping. Our customers are responsible for any additional charges or fees upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office or tax agency for more clarity on these fees.

Since we work with multiple vendors, shipping time depends on each product’s brand. Check out the Shipping Information tab at the bottom of the item description for product-specific details. See example below:
And yes! Some of our brands allow expedited shipping.
ORDER PLACEMENT & TRACKING
Once you place your order you'll receive an email which will serve as your receipt and contains your order number and all pertinent details. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get an email from us with your tracking number and all relevant shipping information. Since we work with multiple vendors, items might be shipped separately if selected from different vendors.
